Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Workday implementation specialist to work in our Hyderabad office.

This role involves end-to-end implementation of financial modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Management, and Banking.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement and configure Workday financial modules, ensuring seamless integration with business processes.
  • Customize solutions to meet client-specific requirements, providing tailored support for each engagement.
  • Conduct workshops and working sessions with clients to gather and analyze business needs, driving process improvement and optimization.
  • Design functional processes, including scenario design and flow mapping, to ensure efficient and effective system utilization.
  • Oversee the testing phase to ensure configurations meet business needs, identifying and resolving issues promptly.
  • Provide post-implementation support to resolve issues and optimize system performance, maintaining high-quality service standards.
  • Develop and maintain financial reports using Workday reporting tools, ensuring accurate and timely data delivery.
  • Document configurations, processes, and test results for client reference and future audits, promoting transparency and accountability.
  • Advise clients on industry best practices and leading edge strategies in financial management, fostering collaborative relationships and driving business growth.
  • Serve as the primary escalation point for critical functional issues, ensuring prompt resolution and minimizing disruption.
  • Lead and mentor project teams, promoting a culture of excellence, teamwork, and continuous learning.
  • Foster a collaborative environment to enhance team performance, driving innovation and success through effective communication and stakeholder engagement.
