Immigration Paralegal

We are seeking a seasoned professional to manage a full caseload, including complex cases such as NIWs, O-1s, E-2s, EB-1s and PERM-based I-140s and I-485s.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft, review and edit a high volume of NIV/IV cases with a focus on NIW, O-1, EB-1A, and H-1B applications.
  • Independently manage a large caseload while collaborating with inter-firm teams to ensure efficiency and exceptional quality of work.
  • Communicate effectively and timely with clients throughout the visa process.
  • Provide regular updates to legal teams and managers regarding case progression and status.
  • Liaise with government agencies, including USCIS, CBP, the US Department of State, and the US Department of Labor.
  • Support lawyers in gathering evidence, preparing supplementary documents, and ensuring adherence to procedural requirements and submission deadlines.
  • Showcase strategic acumen and initiative in relation to case assignments and identify and resolve any delays in the process.
  • Prepare and coordinate the production of documents and responses to Requests for Evidence (RFEs).
  • Maintain accurate records and consistently track and manage cases according to firm policies.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong attention to detail, ability to manage complex caseloads, and elite prioritization skills.

A minimum of three years of immigration experience, particularly with O-1s, NIWs, and EB-1As, is required. A Bachelor's degree and/or Paralegal Certificate is highly desirable.
