Job Title: IT Support Engineer

Description:

We are seeking a dedicated IT Support Engineer to provide expert technical assistance for desktops, laptops, and network infrastructure remotely.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Offer remote technical support for desktops, laptops, and mobile devices
  • Provide in-depth technical guidance to users and management
  • Perform hardware and software troubleshooting, installation, and maintenance
  • Participate in operational IT projects
  • Develop, document, and enforce best practices for desktop and server procedures
  • Stay updated with PC-LAN technologies
  • Execute and monitor backup procedures
  • Identify and recommend process improvements for service delivery
  • Log and track incidents, requests, and tasks using Service Desk tools
  • Contribute to achieving departmental key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Perform basic troubleshooting of organizational applications
  • Assist in onboarding new users and configure access
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • Preferred qualifications: Proficiency in PC hardware, peripherals, and network components; Strong knowledge of Microsoft desktop and server operating systems; Experience in troubleshooting and resolving Level 1 IT issues; Ability to create and use technical documentation; Strong communication and teamwork skills; Analytical thinker with sound judgment; Prior experience in IT Service Desk, Remote IT Support; Familiarity with ITIL processes and Service Desk tools
