At the forefront of our organization's technology landscape, we are seeking a visionary DevOps professional to spearhead the strategic direction and operational efficiency of our DevOps team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, implement, and maintain robust DevOps pipelines across development, testing, and production environments to streamline processes and improve overall quality.
  • Drive automation of infrastructure provisioning using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform, ARM templates, and Bicep to enhance scalability and reduce manual errors.
  • Optimize CI/CD processes by leveraging cutting-edge tools like Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or similar, ensuring seamless deployment and continuous integration.
  • Oversee smooth containerized deployments using Docker and Kubernetes, with a preference for AKS - Azure Kubernetes Service, to guarantee high-performance delivery.
  • Implement comprehensive monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions utilizing tools like Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, Prometheus, Grafana, or App Insights to facilitate real-time insights and proactive issue resolution.
  • Develop and enforce security best practices, including secrets management, identity and access management (IAM), and compliance within Azure to safeguard sensitive data and maintain regulatory adherence.
  • Cultivate strong collaboration with cross-functional teams comprising development, QA, and product to synchronize DevOps strategies with business objectives.
  • Lead incident response, root cause analysis, and post-mortem activities for critical production issues to ensure prompt resolution and minimize downtime.
  • Mentor and guide a team of skilled DevOps engineers, fostering an environment of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.
