As a Senior Brand Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and maintaining the brand's image.

About This Role

Key Responsibilities:
  • Brand Development: Direct interaction with clients, associates, and industry stakeholders to build brand awareness, drive engagement, and generate sales.
  • Client Relationship Management: Handle client feedback & grievances professionally and drive solutions to issues when necessary. Proactively identify opportunities to add value to client relationships and anticipate potential challenges & client issues.
  • Sales and Marketing: Utilize in-depth knowledge of Brand Heritage, journey, products, and services to generate and convert inquiries into sales. Prepare presentations, maintain database updates, and proactively sell cross-selling & servicing through telephone, email, and virtual meetings.
Requirements:
  • 7+ years of experience in Retail Luxury/Hospitality/Interior Industry.
  • Graduate/Postgraduate in Luxury Management/Marketing or MBA in marketing or communications from a reputable institute.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, good personality, strong interpersonal skills, and ability to build relationships at all levels.

The ideal candidate should have a passion for the brand and be willing to travel 2 – 4 days a month. Career progression involves roles with increasing responsibility, leadership, and specialization, including international placements.
