Job Title: Senior Creative Strategist

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute creative strategies for multiple brands across various industries, encompassing campaign planning, ideation, scriptwriting, and copywriting.
  • Collaborate with the New Business team to conceptualize innovative ideas and create compelling showcases for pitches.
  • Present comprehensive creative plans for campaigns and narrations of scripts to clients on behalf of various brands.
  • Maintain the highest standards of creativity in all work, striving for award-winning excellence, and identify opportunities to submit work for recognition.
  • Report to the Creative Lead who will provide overall direction, feedback, and references for campaigns or other creative tasks.
  • Coordinate closely with the Integrated Solutions Team (account planning + client servicing) daily on a wide range of tasks from topical brand posts to annual campaign strategies.
  • Provide visual guidance to the graphic design team on concepts and ideas originating from your team.
  • Clearly communicate and break down briefs to junior creatives to ensure a smooth and efficient process.
  • Deliver revisions on all tasks based on internal or external feedback and set realistic timelines that balance ideation, refinement, and meeting client objectives.
  • Actively present through each stage of the production process from concept to final product, whether it's for an event, shoot, post, or any other creative interpretation of an idea.
  • Conduct in-depth research about the brand, its competition, target audience, and stay informed of what the brand requires at all times.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Strong creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Able to develop and propose valuable, interactive strategies and presentations for pitches to convert clients.
  • Knowledge of industry trends and competitor offerings.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to lead a team of junior creative resources and guide them effectively.
  • Strong presentation skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Understanding of target audience and ability to craft content appealing to them.
  • Knowledge of moment marketing campaigns and ability to propose topical content and campaigns proactively based on trending conversations relevant to the target audience.
