Enterprise Data Governance Leader

We are seeking a highly accomplished professional to lead our enterprise-wide data governance initiatives. As the primary authority on Collibra, you will design frameworks, drive adoption, and enable trusted data for analytics, compliance, and AI initiatives.

This strategic opportunity allows you to define and scale Collibra practices, work with senior stakeholders, and influence data culture across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Data Governance Strategy Development: Implement and administer Collibra across the enterprise, designing and configuring the Collibra Operating Model (domains, assets, workflows, and roles).
  • Collibra Configuration and Integration: Build and optimize custom workflows using BPMN and Workflow Designer, integrating Collibra with various platforms via APIs/connectors.
  • Collaboration and Stakeholder Management: Partner with data owners, stewards, and leadership to enforce governance policies and data stewardship models, providing training, mentorship, and best practices to business and technical teams.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Professional Experience: 6+ years in data governance, metadata management, or data quality, with 5+ years of hands-on Collibra experience.
  • Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of data governance frameworks, stewardship, and lifecycle management, expertise with Collibra APIs, BPMN, and scripting (Groovy, JavaScript), experience with data catalog, business glossary, and lineage in Collibra.
  • Leadership and Communication Skills: Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills, familiarity with cloud data platforms: Snowflake, Azure, AWS, Informatica.
