We are seeking an ambitious and results-driven Business Development Associate to join our team at BigStep Technologies Pvt Ltd. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in optimizing our sales processes and supporting the sales team to achieve their targets.

Key Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate will assist the sales team with daily operations, including managing sales documentation, preparing sales reports, and updating CRM systems.

They will coordinate with sales representatives to ensure smooth execution of sales processes and address any operational issues promptly.

Furthermore, they will execute and manage email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and drive engagement.

Additionally, they will segment email lists based on target demographics and analyze campaign performance to optimize future efforts.

The selected candidate will collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling email content and track campaign effectiveness.

They will identify potential leads through research and data analysis.

Moreover, they will develop and maintain a database of prospective clients.

Conducting initial outreach to potential clients to generate interest in our IT solutions is also a key responsibility.

Maintaining accurate and up-to-date sales data in CRM systems is crucial for the success of the team.

The chosen candidate will generate and analyze sales reports to identify trends, forecast performance, and provide actionable insights.

They will also assist in the planning and management of sales meetings at various territories to ensure optimal coverage and resource allocation.

Identifying opportunities to streamline and automate sales processes to increase efficiency is another key aspect of this role.

The selected candidate will assist in the implementation of new tools and technologies to enhance sales operations.

Providing feedback and suggestions for continuous improvement in sales operations is essential.

Liaising between the sales, marketing, and customer support teams to ensure alignment and effective communication is critical.

The ideal candidate will participate in regular sales meetings and contribute to strategic planning sessions.

The estimated salary for this position is ₹600,000 - ₹900,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 6 months to 2 years of experience in email marketing, preferably within the IT solutions industry.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and email marketing tools (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp, Salesforce).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and data analysis tools.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
