**Job Description:

We're seeking an individual with strong analytical skills to manage patient accounts accurately. This role involves reviewing and processing payments, ensuring financial data integrity, and supporting revenue cycle operations.

**Key Responsibilities:

• Process insurance payments and electronic remittances into our dental billing software.
• Reconcile deposits and daily payment reports with bank statements to ensure all payments are accounted for.
• Review Explanation of Benefits (EOBs) and electronic remittance advice (ERA) documents to identify discrepancies or under/over payments.
• Flag and escalate issues to the relevant team for resolution.
• Maintain accurate patient account balances and monitor for any errors.
• Collaborate with colleagues to resolve denied or unpaid claims in a timely manner.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and maintain patient confidentiality at all times.

**Requirements:

We need an experienced professional with:

• A minimum of 2 years' experience in payment posting.
• Familiarity with dental management software.
• Excellent attention to detail and numeracy skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Full English proficiency.
