Job Title: Team Member

Experience Required: 4–8 years of professional experience in Accounts Receivable (AR) operations, with a proven track record of managing and recovering outstanding payments from customers.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to work under time pressure in a dynamic business environment. Strong knowledge of MS Office Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is also required.

  • Manage and recover outstanding payments from customers via phone, email, or mail;
  • Perform regular standard tasks of Customer Invoicing Processing function, including downloading bank statements for all accounts, providing bank statements, remittances and correspondences received to collectors on the same day, and reconciling orders to match customer books;
  • Ensure cash is applied only based on defined process without exceptions;
  • Collate all remittances for Cash/Wire/Cheque payments received and apply to correct invoice using Remittance Advice from customers or related collectors;
  • Provide details of un-applied and unidentified cash to all collectors daily and follow up proactively to get details of applications;

Additionally, the successful candidate must be able to:

  • Investigate and address customer concerns related to billing, payments, or account discrepancies;
  • Negotiate payment plans and resolve disputes with customers;
  • Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify root causes of AR issues and implement corrective actions;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, finance, and collections, to ensure seamless execution of AR processes;
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders, including collectors and senior management, to drive business results;
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory requirements, applying this knowledge to optimize AR processes and improve overall performance;
  • Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and stay informed about company initiatives and goals;
