Job Description
At JOBS n TA HR Services, we are seeking a skilled Business Development Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading and managing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities
• Collaborate with internal teams to drive sales growth
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives
Desired Candidate Profile:
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree in any field
• 2-3 years of sales experience in the insurance, mutual fund, or equity industry
• Strong knowledge of sales principles and practices
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Requirements:
• Age up to 38 years
• Two-wheeler is a must
