As a critical member of our team, you will leverage your expertise to design, develop, and implement innovative Oracle HCM Cloud Fusion projects.

You will be responsible for providing end-to-end technical consulting, including BI Reports, Integrations, Data Migrations, Workflows, Fast Formulas, and HCM Extracts.

Your role will also involve conducting technical workshops, requirements gathering, business mapping, unit testing, and delivering thoroughly tested solutions.

Additionally, you will create and maintain technical documentation, analysis reports, training material, and requirements documents.

Supporting existing customer solutions by resolving issues, enhancements, and Oracle support escalations is also a key aspect of this role.

You will work closely with functional and technical teams, providing cross-functional solutions and knowledge sharing.

Accurate timeline estimation and on-time execution are crucial to your success in this position.

Finally, you will present solutions clearly and provide technical training to colleagues and client teams.
