- Counsel patients and their families regarding treatment procedures, packages, financials, and post-treatment care.
- Handle patient inquiries and convert them into registrations/bookings.
- Explain treatment options and facilities in a clear and empathetic manner.
- Maintain follow-ups with patients to ensure timely decision-making and admissions.
- Collaborate with doctors, nursing staff, and other departments for seamless patient coordination.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any field (Healthcare/Management preferred).
- Proven experience in sales, customer service, or patient counselling (healthcare/hospital background preferred).
- Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
- Target-driven with a positive and empathetic attitude.
- Proficiency in MS Office and hospital management software (preferred).
