Job Description:

Senior Operations Research Scientist

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Operations Research Scientist to join our team. As a key member of our Supply Chain Network Optimization (SCNO) group, you will be responsible for developing cutting-edge analytics solutions to drive business growth and improve supply chain efficiency.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Developing deep understanding of complex supply chain problems through data analysis and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Gathering, analyzing and processing large data sets to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Designing and implementing new mathematical models to address business challenges.
  • Interpreting model results to generate actionable insights for leadership.
  • Communicating clearly and proactively with business leaders, peers and stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of professional experience with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience with programming in Python, PySpark, R, SQL and open-source data science tools.
  • 4+ years of experience applying advanced data science, AI and operations research techniques.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to address business challenges creatively.
  • Skilful in cleaning, transforming and analyzing large datasets to generate insights.
