Oracle Business Systems Analyst Role

The primary function of this position is to provide expert-level support for Oracle Supply Chain related production issues. This includes collaborating with the Oracle Business Systems Manager/Lead on project implementation and ensuring that all IT processes and standards are met.

Main Responsibilities
  • Relationship Building: Develop strong relationships with user groups to ensure alignment of projects and priorities, driving best-in-class management practices and fostering a continuous improvement attitude.
  • Requirements Gathering: Identify user requirements, write functional specifications, review technical specifications, develop test plans and scripts, test applications, and successfully implement into production multiple business system solutions.
  • Process Management: Drive strong processes and subject areas across the team, ensuring that work is done with pride, integrity, and a sense of urgency.
Key Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of relevant IT experience in Oracle Supply Chain as a functional consultant.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal, written, and presentation communication abilities.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and conceptual skills.
  • Tech Skills: BASIC KNOWLEDGE IN PL/SQL, ORACLE FORMS, and experience in supporting Oracle Applications production system.
  • Implementation Experience: Experience in end-to-end Oracle implementation project and full Systems Development Life Cycle.
  • User Requirements Analysis: Experience with interpreting & analyzing user requirements specifications.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Degree: Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Management Information Systems, or a related area.
  • Oracle Experience: Experience in Oracle Applications R12 Supply Chain (Order Management, Procurement, Inventory).
