We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Systems Strategist to join our team. This key role plays a vital part in managing procurement systems and tools to enhance operational performance and compliance with policies and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Optimize Procurement Processes: Analyze current workflows, identify inefficiencies, and implement system improvements to boost productivity and compliance.
  • Develop Performance Tracking Systems: Create dashboards and reports to monitor key performance indicators, identify improvement opportunities, and track progress against objectives.
  • Ensure Compliance: Adhere to procurement policies and regulations, conduct audits, and develop corrective action plans.
  • Collaborate with IT and Other Departments: Implement system improvements, resolve technical issues, and integrate procurement systems with other business applications.
  • Lead Cross-Functional Projects: Coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure successful project execution and alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Provide Training and Support: Educate procurement staff and other users on system functionalities, best practices, and process optimization strategies.

Proficiency in SAP, process optimization, data visualization, and system management is required. Experience working in an agile environment, excellent problem-solving and communication skills are also desirable.
