Artificial Intelligence Engineer Role Overview:

We seek an experienced engineer to design, develop, and deploy machine learning models at scale. The ideal candidate will work with large datasets and leverage modern AI frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • 1. Design, build, and deploy scalable machine learning models for real-world applications.
  • 2. Develop and optimize end-to-end machine learning pipelines using PySpark and MLflow.
  • 3. Process structured and unstructured data with Pandas, NumPy, and other libraries.
  • 4. Train, evaluate, and fine-tune models using scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
  • 5. Integrate and experiment with Large Language Models (LLMs).
  • 6. Collaborate with data engineers, product managers, and software developers.
  • 7. Monitor and improve model performance for accuracy, scalability, and reliability.
  • 8. Ensure reproducibility and version control of machine learning experiments using MLflow.

Required Skills:

  • Strong programming expertise in Python.
  • Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms and model evaluation techniques.
  • Experience with PySpark for big data processing.
  • Proficiency with MLflow for model lifecycle management.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn.
  • Familiarity with LLMs.
  • Knowledge of MLOps principles and deployment best practices.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, Data Science, or related fields.
  • Experience with cloud AI platforms.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Collaborative mindset with ability to work in cross-functional teams.
