Job Opportunity: Lead Technical Expert

Overview

We are seeking an experienced technical leader to spearhead the development of high-performance applications on the Solana blockchain.

As a key member of our team, you will design and develop complex software systems, ensure their quality and maintainability, and provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop high-quality software systems following best practices
  • Write efficient code in Rust and lead code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards
  • Conduct troubleshooting and debugging activities across on-chain and off-chain components
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers
  • Document technical designs and APIs in a clear and concise manner

Requirements:

  • Proficient in Rust language with a minimum of 3+ years of experience in its development and deployment on Solana blockchain
  • Hands-on experience building full-stack Solana Web3 applications
  • Strong understanding of Token Standards and DeFi protocols
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Rust development, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead technical discussions and provide mentorship.
