Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Performance Testing Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and executing performance tests to ensure the reliability and scalability of our systems.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Designing and implementing performance testing strategies to meet business objectives.
  • Developing and maintaining test scripts using JMeter and other tools to simulate real-world scenarios.
  • Executing performance tests on various platforms, including cloud-based environments, to identify potential bottlenecks and areas for improvement.
  • Analyzing test results and providing actionable recommendations to optimize system performance.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including development, QA, and operations, to ensure seamless delivery of high-quality products and services.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Strong experience in performance testing, preferably with JMeter and cloud-based platforms.
  • Knowledge of scripting languages, such as Java and Python, and ability to write efficient test scripts.
  • Experience with Linux commands and server operations, as well as understanding of containerization and virtualization concepts.
  • Good understanding of GRPC Protocol and Kafka Protocol, as well as ability to analyze complex data and provide actionable insights.
