Senior Data Analyst Position

This role is part of a dynamic team responsible for driving effective channel strategy and offer analytics for prospect acquisition. The Senior Data Analyst will work closely with cross-functional teams to implement effective acquisition strategies and drive growth in Referral channels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Building effective targeting, offer, and messaging strategy for Consumer Referral Channel Analytics
  • Partnering with Channel Marketing, Product, Investment Optimization and Customer teams to implement effective acquisition strategies
  • Ensuring accurate, efficient channel planning and leveraging world-class analytics & data science to help Referral channel further its personalization charter
  • Working in a dynamic environment, with attention to detail, superb communication skills, and success-driving results through multi-functional collaboration
  • Evaluating impact on business of different initiatives and analyzing data to create insights to advise strategy for further improvement
  • Innovating and evolving processes to drive business results
  • Expanding usage of data-backed decisions/data science in strategies and scaling up opportunities for the channel

Minimum Qualifications:
  • 2-3 years of relevant analytics experience
  • Degree in business, economics, statistics, mathematics, engineering, or finance combined with a master's or other secondary professional qualification
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in programming languages like Hive, SQL, SAS, Python, etc.
  • Proficient in MS Office especially Excel and PowerPoint
