Senior Operations Manager Position

We seek an experienced leader to oversee daily operations and manage a team of finance professionals in our Financial Services division.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Leadership: Develop long-term strategic plans that align with the corporate vision, collaborating with Finance Managers to influence broader strategies based on local knowledge and experience.
  • Team Management: Lead, plan, organize, and coordinate team activities, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback, and mentoring team members to enhance their skills and strategic thinking.
  • Operational Excellence: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and drive continuous improvement, presenting performance reports to management and streamlining processes to improve service delivery.
  • Collaboration & Communication: Act as a representative for your teams in meetings and presentations, advocating for their goals and achievements.

Requirements:

  • Experience: A minimum of 12 years of experience in a supervisory or management role, preferably in a shared services environment.
  • Education: Chartered Accountant (CA), CPA, or MBA from a reputable institution is preferred.
  • Skills:
    • Leadership: Strong strategic thinking and management skills, capable of delivering optimal work design and driving performance through your team.
    • Collaboration: An expert collaborator who builds strategic partnerships to ensure performance.
    • Communication: Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills, along with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
