Job Title: Graphic Design Team Lead

Job Description:

This role oversees the graphic design department in a leading digital marketing agency. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in operations and graphic designing, with a proven track record of delivering impactful visual content.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Create and execute comprehensive strategies to meet overall business objectives and goals.
  • Develop and maintain capacity plans aligned with evolving volume trends.
  • Stay informed on the latest market and industry trends and incorporate best practices into delivery as needed.
  • Collaborate with the Training team to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Nurture stakeholder relationships across all processes and deliver on agreed SLAs.
  • Research emerging technologies and competitors for industry best practices and opportunities to enhance internal tools and capabilities.
Requirements:
  • At least 10 years of experience in Operations combined with Graphic Designing (Print/Digital) expertise.
  • Prior experience in managing teams of 20+ members.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • A creative and conceptual thinker capable of developing innovative strategies to meet aggressive goals.
  • Excellent time and project management skills, Creativity, teamwork, and strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to motivate and drive the team to excel.
Working Hours:

Monday to Friday, 22:00 to 07:00
