Job Description

As aLead Graphic Designer, your roles and responsibilities typically include:

1. Design Strategy & Execution

- Develop and implement creative strategies aligned with the brand identity.
- Oversee all visual content for marketing campaigns, social media, website, and print materials.
- Ensure consistency in design across all platforms and touchpoints.

2. Team Leadership & Collaboration

- Manage and mentor a team of graphic designers and junior creatives.
- Provide creative direction, feedback, and guidance to maintain high-quality output.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and development teams to align visuals with business goals.

3. Branding & Visual Identity

- Maintain and evolve the brands visual identity, ensuring consistency across all media.
- Develop brand guidelines and ensure adherence across all departments.
- Work on logo design, typography, color palettes, and brand assets.

4. Campaign & Content Creation

- Design engaging visuals for digital marketing, social media, email campaigns, and advertisements.
- Create assets for fundraising campaigns, investor decks, and impact reports (specific to Impact Guru).
- Work on motion graphics, infographics, and UI/UX elements if needed.

5. Project Management & Coordination

- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery.
- Coordinate with external vendors, agencies, or freelancers when needed.
- Stay updated on design trends and incorporate innovative ideas.

6. Software & Tools Proficiency

- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, XD).
- Knowledge of UI/UX design tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- Understanding of video editing, 3D design, or animation is a plus.
