Main Responsibilities:

  • Land Acquisition Strategy: Develop and implement strategic plans for land acquisition, focusing on areas that align with the company's growth objectives.">
  • Deal Negotiation and Closure: Lead negotiations with landowners, developers, and partners to secure land deals efficiently.">
  • Market Research and Analysis: Conduct comprehensive market analysis to identify valuable land parcels, assess market trends, and inform acquisition decisions.">
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all land acquisition and development activities comply with relevant local, state, and national regulations.">
  • Project Management: Manage the entire process of land acquisition, from initial lead generation to final deal closure.">

Requirements:

  • Educational Background: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Real Estate, Urban Planning, Business Administration, Law, or a related field.">
  • Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in land acquisition, real estate development, or related fields.">

  • Negotiation and Communication Skills: Exceptional negotiation abilities, analytical skills, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.">

Compensation and Benefits:

We offer an attractive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
