Job Summary:The Associate Manager will be responsible for overseeing social storytelling and content distribution on multiple social media platforms, developing and executing a social strategy that adapts to local market conditions and culture, selecting and curating imagery, video, and visual content that engages audiences, working with the global social storytelling team to ensure best-in-class storytelling, creating and fostering communities on social platforms, planning and implementing successful social strategies for cover reveals, tentpoles, and global and local stories, managing social swaps with internal brands and external partners, and reporting on content performance and presenting insights to stakeholders.
Main Responsibilities:- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with the company's goals and objectives.
- Manage and oversee the creation and dissemination of engaging content across multiple social media platforms.
- Work closely with the content team to select and curate high-quality visuals, videos, and other multimedia elements that drive audience engagement.
- Collaborate with the global social storytelling team to develop and implement effective storytelling strategies that showcase the brand's unique voice and perspective.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external partners to foster a collaborative environment and drive business growth.
- Develop and implement metrics to measure content performance and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
