Job Title: 

Drive Innovation as an Expense Analyst.

  • Job Summary:
  • Deliver expert-level support for expense configuration, integrations, and troubleshooting in Workday.
  • Ensure data accuracy and enhance ongoing enhancements of new Workday features/functionality.
  • Apply best practices to improve processes and gain efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Configure and troubleshoot the Workday expense module, including business process configuration, data transmission (EIB), testing, and other troubleshooting support.
  2. Collaborate with teams to ensure seamless implementation of Workday expenses and integrations.
  3. Design, configure, test, and deploy leading practice-based business processes and solutions using Workday enabled finance expenses workstream(s).
  4. Communicate with stakeholders to gather data, perform testing, and provide results.
  5. Analyze business requirements and configure Workday solution, demonstrating configurations through testing systems.
  6. Train cross-functional teams on Workday configuration and broaden internal knowledge.
  7. Coordinate with business partner groups and Workday team to deliver effective implementations.
  8. Build reports to support domestically and internationally for various areas of the Workday product.
  9. Solve problems and propose multiple solutions for business requirements within Workday.
  10. Manage Workday upgrades and implement new functionality.
  11. Analyze business needs and translate them into technical requirements and solutions within the Workday ecosystem.
  12. Optimize business processes by enhancing workflows, automating tasks, and providing actionable insights through data reporting and analytics.

Required Skills:

  • 6+ years of Workday Expenses experience with proficiency in Workday HCM.
  • Excellent knowledge of Workday Expense Configuration, Security Administration, Business Process Configuration, and EIB (Enterprise Integration Builder).
  • Proven Workday functional expertise in Expense module.
  • Familiarity with delivered functionality and reports, and experience performing administrative tasks in Workday.
  • Experience with Workday releases, assessing new features, and recommending adoption strategies.
  • Hands-on experience developing and enhancing custom reports and dashboards in SaaS or enterprise systems.
  • Ability to work in a diverse environment and collaborate across teams.
  • Project management experience supporting feature deployment.
  • Strong analytical, multitasking, and interpersonal skills.
