Job Overview
- We are seeking a skilled professional to fill a Business Support Management role, focusing on expense management and team collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Manage expenses by submitting invoices according to firm-wide policies and procedures in conjunction with the CIB Expense Process & Exception Procedures.
- Develop partnerships with team members and cross-functional peers to achieve shared goals.
- Serve as a subject matter expert and mentor team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Effectively handle escalations and find appropriate resolutions through analysis and problem-solving.
- Proactively take on additional responsibilities to demonstrate commitment to organizational growth and success.
- Partner with global counterparts and Global Supplier Services teams to drive process improvements and efficiencies.
Requirements
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and concisely.
- Ability to review data efficiently in compliance with policy and procedures, with intermediate Excel skills essential.
- Strong sense of client service and responsiveness, coupled with judgment to show urgency when immediate follow-up/escalation is required.
- Self-starter able to work independently while operating effectively in a team-based environment.
- Capable of multi-tasking and managing a demanding workload.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience)
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Access
- Demonstrated ability to work as a team player and develop alternative solutions to complex problems
