As a key player in the tech industry, we're now looking for a dynamic Project Manager to lead critical client projects across domains like Data, AI, and CRM.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will serve as the liaison between our clients and internal technical teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Communication: Ensure clear understanding of requirements, updates, and deliverables.
  • Drive project discovery, scoping, and execution for data analytics, AI, CRM, and digital transformation projects.
  • Translate client needs into actionable plans for technical teams.
  • Proactively identify risks and resolve blockers to ensure timely delivery.
  • Prioritize and assign tasks, ensuring team alignment and accountability.
  • Review solution designs and suggest optimizations based on industry best practices.
  • Maintain project documentation, status updates, and reporting dashboards.
  • Drive continuous improvement by analyzing feedback, metrics, and team retrospectives.

Requirements:

  • 2-5 years of program or project management experience in tech consulting or product teams.
  • Experience in Data Analytics, AI/ML, and CRM platforms.
  • Strong Client-Facing Skills: Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to understand technical concepts and contribute to solution discussions.
  • Exceptional Prioritization and Time Management: Capable of prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management tools.
  • Experience with data visualization tools or product management is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's or PhD in Project Management, Business, or related field preferred.
