Quality Assurance Specialist

The role of the Quality Assurance Specialist is to ensure that products meet customer requirements and are free from defects. This involves collaborating with suppliers to implement quality improvements, conducting audits to identify areas for improvement, and implementing corrective actions to address any issues that arise.

This position requires a strong understanding of quality management systems and processes, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role and be able to work effectively in a team environment.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement quality improvements at supplier facilities through collaboration and coaching.
  • Conduct regular audits to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans to address these issues.
  • Implement corrective actions to address quality issues that arise during production.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, customers, and internal teams.
  • Maintain accurate records of quality data and metrics.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a quality assurance role.
  • Strong understanding of quality management systems and processes.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
