We are seeking a skilled frontend engineer with expertise in Next.js, React, and modern web standards to lead key initiatives across the entire frontend stack.

  • Oversee end-to-end development using Next.js, including server-side rendering (SSR), static site generation (SSG), and dynamic routing.
  • Translate UI/UX designs into responsive, accessible React components.
  • Optimize performance by implementing hydration strategies, code-splitting, lazy loading, etc.
  • Integrate with backend via REST/GraphQL APIs and handle authentication.
  • Implement client-side state management and own CI/CD pipelines and deployment workflows.
  • Write reliable tests and maintain code quality through PR reviews and style guides.
  • Mentor juniors and collaborate with product, design, and backend teams.
  • Stay up-to-date with modern frontend tools and technologies.

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of frontend development experience, with 3+ years of experience with Next.js and production-grade React.
  • Deep understanding of SSR, SSG, hydration, and performance optimizations.
  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3 (Sass/Tailwind).
  • Experience with Node.js backend integrations and testing frameworks like Jest and Cypress.
  • Familiarity with design systems, version control (Git), and collaborative development workflows.

Preferred:

  • Exposure to GraphQL and micro-frontends.
  • Experience scaling teams and mentoring across geographies.
