Job Title: Frontend Development Leader

We are seeking a seasoned frontend development leader with expertise in React, Next.js and modern JavaScript frameworks to spearhead the development of our cutting-edge application.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for architecting, building and scaling high-quality web applications using React, TypeScript, Redux, Next.js, Vite and other technologies. They will lead and manage a team of frontend developers, overseeing the integration of Redux-Persist for efficient state management in Next.js and React apps.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of frontend developers to deliver complex, responsive and highly performant applications.
  • Develop and maintain custom UI libraries for seamless reusability across various applications.
  • Collaborate closely with backend teams working on Node.js, APIs and third-party integrations.
  • Oversight of the end-to-end deployment process using Rollup for library packaging and distribution in both browser and Node.js environments.
  • Drive continuous improvement in our development pipeline, including optimizing builds and CI/CD processes.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in frontend development, with at least 2+ years in a leadership role.
  • Expertise in React, TypeScript, Next.js, Redux and Redux Toolkit (RTK).
  • Familiarity with state management solutions such as Redux and Redux-Persist.
  • Experience with Vite and Rollup in building scalable high-performance applications.
  • Strong proficiency with JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5 and CSS3.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with backend technologies like Node.js, Express or GraphQL.
  • Experience with AWS services and server-side deployment.
