Job Description
Key Responsibilities :

  • Reporting & Development : Lead the development of advanced OTBI (Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence) and BI Publisher reports across various Oracle HCM Cloud modules such as Core HR, Payroll, Talent Management, and Time & Labor.
  • BI & Analytics Solutions : Design, build, and manage comprehensive BI and analytics solutions to support organizational decision-making.
  • Data & Business Analysis : Leverage a strong background in data analysis and business analysis to understand and translate business requirements into technical specifications for reporting solutions.
  • Technical Troubleshooting : Utilize excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities to troubleshoot complex reporting issues, ensuring data accuracy and system reliability.
  • Collaboration & Communication : Effectively communicate with both technical teams and business stakeholders to gather requirements, present findings, and ensure solutions meet business needs.

Required Technical Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience : Minimum of 7+ years of overall experience, with a primary focus on Oracle HCM Cloud reporting.
  • Reporting Tools : Proficient in developing reports using Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI)

and BI Publisher.

  • Oracle HCM Cloud Modules : Strong functional and technical knowledge of various Oracle HCM Cloud modules.
  • SQL : Expertise in SQL for complex data extraction, manipulation, and analysis.
  • Data Integration : Experience with Oracle's data integration capabilities and understanding of Oracle's data model.
  • Analytics : Strong background in data and business analysis, with the ability to create logical data models for Communication : Effective communication skills and business acumen to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
