Responsibilities:- Model Preparation: Import raw 3D models into Blender, applying transforms, removing unused geometry, and merging unnecessary objects.
- Consistency and Optimization: Use consistent naming conventions for objects, materials, and textures, optimize and compress textures for web/mobile performance.
- Asset Management: Export final assets in .glb/.gltf, .obj, .fbx format, focusing on lightweight file sizes, documenting workflows, and maintaining an organized asset library for developers.
- A skilled blender expert with domain knowledge to develop solutions and lead 3D tasks.
- A problem solver who can tackle complex challenges and find elegant solutions.
