Job Opportunity: 3D Design Specialist

 

Position Overview:

This role is centered around designing and developing three-dimensional models for project requirements.

 

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Model Development : Create complex 3D models as per client needs using advanced software tools.
  2. CAD Operations : Generate stage drawings necessary for CNC machine operations, ensuring seamless collaboration with production teams.
  3. Jig & Fixture Engineering : Design and develop detailed models/drawings for jigs and fixtures, contributing to the efficient production process.
  4. Additional Technical Support : Provide assistance on various engineering activities as assigned by management.

 

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in 3D modeling using SolidWorks, preferably in Oil & Gas projects.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD 2D drafting with a strong understanding of technical documentation.
  • Thorough knowledge of Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GD&T) principles.
  • Expertise in designing fixtures for CNC machines, including HMC, VMC, and CNC machining processes.
  • Hands-on experience with MS Excel for data analysis and reporting.
  • Effective communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
  • Familiarity with Oil & Gas industry standards will be an added advantage.
