Job Description

We seek a skilled Paid Social Manager to drive performance through strategic campaign optimization.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end management of multiple client accounts, building strong client relationships and delivering results-driven campaigns.

Key responsibilities include ideating, managing, and optimizing e-commerce digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms to drive traffic, engagement, sales, and return on ad spend (ROAS).

Additionally, the successful candidate will strategically manage client budgets and align marketing efforts with product launches, promotions, and seasonal campaigns.

Maintaining, troubleshooting, and analyzing data insights is also essential to ensure campaigns meet or exceed targets.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 4+ years experience managing monthly budgets of $50K+
  • Proficiency in major advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, Amazon Advertising)
  • Understanding of feed management and e-commerce consumer behavior
  • Experience with Google Analytics and Tag Manager, including troubleshooting
  • Familiarity with project management tools
