Senior Digital Marketing Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Digital Marketing Manager to join our team.

The Ideal Candidate

You will be responsible for managing multiple client accounts, driving performance through strategic campaign optimization and building strong relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage 5-7 paid media client accounts, communicating effectively with clients
  • Ideate, manage and optimize e-commerce digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms to drive traffic, engagement, sales and return on ad spend
  • Develop effective audience targeting strategies within platform limitations
  • Strategically manage client budgets and align marketing efforts with product launches, promotions and seasonal campaigns
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of clients' business positioning and provide creative recommendations aligned with industry best practices
  • Maintain, troubleshoot and analyze data insights (cost per click, conversion rate, return on ad spend) to ensure campaigns meet or exceed targets
  • Build insightful reports with actionable insights for clients

Requirements

  • 4+ years experience managing budgets of $50K+
  • Proficiency in major advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, TikTok Ads)
  • Understanding of feed management and e-commerce consumer behaviour
  • Experience with Google Analytics and Tag Manager, including troubleshooting
  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., ClickUp, Asana, Basecamp)
