At the forefront of our organization, we seek a skilled Technical Support Specialist to drive exceptional technical expertise in support of our channel partners and end-users.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver seamless integration of Dobot robots and applications by providing top-notch technical assistance to channel partners.
  • Collaborate with the Dobot sales team to offer expert robotic application support and consultations to channel partners.
  • Develop and translate comprehensive technical training curriculums, conducting informative courses for channel partners and engaging workshops for end-users.
  • Enhance partners' and users' technical knowledge and competencies in Dobot robots and applications through tailored training programs.
  • Create and translate clear, concise technical documentation to facilitate user understanding and adoption.
  • Promote business growth through active participation in customer visits and trade shows, showcasing opportunities for partnerships.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in an Engineering-related field, with a strong foundation in robotics and automation principles.
  • A minimum of three years' experience in the robotics or automation industry, with expertise in designing and integrating robotic applications.
  • Exceptional troubleshooting and diagnostic skills, with the ability to resolve complex technical issues efficiently.
  • Excellent computer and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts effectively.
  • Proficiency in high-level programming languages such as C++, Java, Python, or Lua, with the ability to adapt to new technologies quickly.
