Job Overview

We are seeking a Media Advertising Specialist to join our team and drive scalable results through paid advertising campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) for e-commerce brands, ensuring maximum return on ad spend (ROAS).
  • Analyze campaign performance and implement data-driven adjustments to improve efficiency.
  • Identify and test new audience segments, bidding strategies, and ad placements.
  • Scale e-commerce stores with a focus on achieving high ROAS.

Market Analysis

  • Monitor market trends and conduct competitive analysis to identify emerging strategies.
  • Utilize Meta Ad Library and ad spy tools to research and replicate high-performing creatives.
  • Provide insights on creative performance and recommend optimizations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience in media buying for e-commerce businesses with a track record of high ROAS.
  • Strong expertise in Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).
  • Experience with Google Ads and TikTok Ads is a plus.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize performance.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills for coordinating with design and video editing teams.
