About the Role
This is an exceptional opportunity to bring vision to life and play a leading role within our Product and Finance teams. You will work closely with experienced finance professionals and senior leadership to research, build, ship, and improve the product.
Key Responsibilities
- Owning and defining the strategy and product vision for Tide's SAP implementation, ensuring alignment with the needs of the finance teams, management, and regulatory requirements.
- Balancing strategy, governance, and implementation.
- Facilitating conversations between stakeholders, including executives, finance, risk & compliance teams, and regional business heads.
- Enabling Finance teams to follow best practices and utilise analytics effectively.
What We Are Looking For
- At least five years of experience building or implementing SAP products or working extensively with data migration, system integration, and best practices.
- Understanding of good practices for SAP finance and a background in finance (ideally). The ability to translate customer needs into technical requirements and prioritise a backlog for implementation engineers/consultants.
- Technical knowledge and experience with SAP and API-based products.
- Experience deploying SAP instances in a company before, either as a Product Manager or Lead Functional Consultant.
- Proven experience working closely with finance, security, and IT engineers.
- Organised, pragmatic, and capable of leading a technical and functional interdisciplinary team.
- Familiarity with financial services or other services, such as procurement, treasury, banking integrations, or accounting.
