JUARA IT SOLUTIONS is seeking an experienced SAP TRM Implementation Specialist to lead and execute end-to-end SAP TRM implementations.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as an SAP TRM Implementation Specialist. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in implementing SAP TRM solutions, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality results within tight deadlines.

About the Role:

As an SAP TRM Implementation Specialist at JUARA IT SOLUTIONS, you will be responsible for leading and executing end-to-end SAP TRM implementations, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budget, and quality standards. You will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, perform gap analysis, and design solutions that align with industry best practices and organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and execute end-to-end SAP TRM implementations, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budget, and quality standards.
  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications, configuring SAP TRM modules to meet business needs effectively.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements, perform gap analysis, and design solutions that align with industry best practices and organizational goals.
  • Conduct workshops, training sessions, and knowledge transfer activities to empower end-users and stakeholders with the necessary skills to utilize SAP TRM functionalities efficiently.
  • Prepare functional specifications and configuration documents, collaborate with developers for ABAP work, and ensure successful completion of unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Provide go-live support, including troubleshooting and resolving issues, and ensure smooth transition to post-implementation support teams.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements and industry standards, particularly in areas such as Fixed Deposit, Facilities, Trade Finance, Intercompany Funding, Credit Risk Analyzer, Foreign Exchange & Derivatives, Hedge Management, Exposure Management, Securities, and Cash Management.

Requirements:

  • 9+ years of experience in SAP TRM implementation, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality results within tight deadlines.
  • SAP Certification in FSCM, Treasury & Risk Management, and FI-BL.
  • In-depth knowledge of SAP TRM functionalities, including Fixed Deposit, Facilities, Trade Finance, Intercompany Funding, Credit Risk Analyzer, Foreign Exchange & Derivatives, Hedge Management, Exposure Management, Securities, and Cash Management.
  • Ability to prepare functional specifications, configuration documents, and training materials.
  • Strong coordination skills to liaise effectively with developers, testers, and other project stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a multicultural and multinational environment.

Salary Range:

Rs. 25 lakhs - Rs. 35 lakhs per annum, depending on experience.
