Join a dynamic team as we seek a Marketing - Growth Specialist to spearhead demand generation, brand awareness, and content-led growth for our B2B SaaS products. If you're a full-stack marketer with a bias for execution and a love for building from 0 to 1, this role is ideal for you.
About the RoleWe're looking for someone who can drive growth initiatives across key channels with a focus on high-quality lead generation, ICP engagement, and brand authority:
- Growth Strategies: Develop and execute an SEO strategy for inbound growth, utilizing AI/LLMs for content ideation, clustering, and optimization.
- Performance Marketing: Manage Google Ads focused on competitor and category keywords, continuously optimizing for CAC, conversion rate, and pipeline velocity.
- Social & Community Marketing: Create and share content across LinkedIn, Twitter, Reddit, Slack, G2, and ICP communities, monitoring relevant conversations and plugging in value-added content.
- Content & Thought Leadership: Develop blogs, playbooks, and opinion pieces that resonate with SaaS decision-makers, collaborating with internal experts for founder-led content and external contributors for co-marketing.
- Email Marketing & Drip Campaigns: Build and segment ICP contact lists, running high-conversion nurture campaigns using tools like HubSpot, Customer.io, or similar.
- Events & Webinars: Research relevant global SaaS events for brand participation, planning, hosting, and promoting webinars with industry voices and prospects.
- Paid Partnerships & Media Buying: Identify high-intent platforms (newsletters, SaaS blogs, marketplaces) and run paid placements and co-branded content for lead generation.
- 2+ years of B2B SaaS marketing experience (growth, demand gen, or content roles)
- Strong understanding of the SaaS buyer journey and funnel metrics
- Experience with tools like Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, SEO tools, email automation platforms, and LLMs
- Excellent written communication and copywriting skills
- Commercial mindset with comfort working with data and targets
- Bonus: Runs a personal blog, newsletter, or active LinkedIn/Twitter presence
