Senior Business Development Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Business Development Manager to lead our sales initiatives and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Branch Coordination: Collaborate with regional branches to implement sales strategies and achieve business objectives.
  • Sales Accountability: Oversee all sales activities and performance in assigned branches.
  • Mutual Fund Sales: Sell mutual fund products across identified locations, focusing on relationship-building for repeat sales.
  • Customer Acquisition: Identify and pursue new clients through acquisition networks, databases, and market opportunities.
  • Channel & Partner Management: Develop and maintain relationships with investors, distributors, banks, and institutions to promote targeted schemes.
  • Investor Awareness Programs: Organize investor awareness programs to enhance product understanding and brand visibility.
  • Relationship Management: Foster long-term customer relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Key Account Penetration: Target and penetrate key accounts, identifying upselling/cross-selling opportunities.
  • Process Adherence: Ensure strict compliance with sales processes, regulatory requirements, and organizational guidelines.
  • Business Targets: Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales/business plans.
