  • Manage and oversee daily operations of the finance & accounting department
  • Cash receipts & payments
  • Revenue recognition & accounting
  • General ledger
  • Payroll & utilities
  • Expense planning and management
  • Budget preparation & variance analysis
  • Assets reconciliation
  • Monitor & analyze financial data and produce financial reports & statements (including P&L, balance sheet, and cash flows)
  • Treasury operations
  • Establish and enforce proper expense policies and principles
  • Coordinate and complete annual audits
  • Establish and maintain fiscal files and records to document transactions
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory dictates while fostering business growth
  • Support CEO and CFO in fund raising activities, as required
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Over 5 years' experience as accounting manager, accounting supervisor, controller, or treasury manager
  • Proven knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles, practices, standards, laws, and regulations
  • In-depth knowledge of principles, policies, and practices related to payment operations as well as expertise in digital payment processing
  • Education: MBA Finance, BBA Finance
  • Ability to manage relationships internally (with key stakeholders) and externally (bankers, auditors)
  • Willingness to work in an early-stage company
  • Financial services/payments industry background preferred
  • Must be an owner & entrepreneur in the highest degree in the deployment of resources
