Job Title: Treasury Financial ManagerJoin us to make a meaningful contribution to our finance team.Role Overview:We are seeking an accomplished Treasury Financial Manager to lead and manage the company's treasury functions. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of all financial transactions, as well as providing expert guidance on cash flow management and forecasting.Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage and reconcile multiple bank accounts, including daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliations.
  • Investigate and resolve discrepancies between bank statements and the general ledger.
  • Ensure accurate and timely posting of all bank transactions.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with banks and financial institutions.
  • Oversee the payment gateway reconciliation process, identifying and resolving discrepancies related to payment processing and settlement.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with financial policies, procedures, and controls.
  • Provide expert advice on cash flow management, forecasting, and budgeting.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • 0-3 years of experience in treasury, accounting, or reconciliation roles, preferably in a banking or financial services environment.
  • Proficient in MS Office and Google tools.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros, etc.).
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • High level of accuracy and ability to handle large volumes of financial data.
