About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Technical Lead to join our team at Faurecia, responsible for leading system engineering and development activities in automotive electronics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to cross-functional teams on system architecture, design, and development.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive system requirements and design documentation.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Ensure compliance with automotive industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Lead root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to resolve technical issues.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide coaching and feedback to improve skills and performance.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends in automotive electronics and adapt strategies to leverage these advancements.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience in system engineering and development, with a strong background in automotive electronics.
- Profound knowledge of ASPICE process model and ability to apply it in a disciplined system development process.
- Experience with tools such as SystemArchitect, Rhapsody, PREEVISION, SYSML, UML, DOORS, and REQTIFY.
- Strong understanding of communication protocols like CAN, ETHERNET, MODBUS, and LIN.
- Excellent troubleshooting and debugging skills, with knowledge of structured problem-solving methods.
- Ability to work effectively in a matrix organization and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- CASEAM/INCOSE/System Engineering Certification is preferred.
