Senior Technical Lead: Backend Infrastructure

We are seeking a seasoned technical leader to oversee the design and implementation of our core backend systems.

  • The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Java, Spring Boot, and RESTful API development, with a focus on scalability and maintainability.
  • A strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and distributed system design is essential for this role.
  • Proficiency in SQL performance tuning and database optimization is required to ensure efficient data management.
  • Familiarity with AWS SQS or other messaging queues is necessary for reliable and efficient workflows.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement robust backend services and REST APIs using Java and Spring Boot.

  • Implement asynchronous workflows using AWS SQS to ensure system reliability and efficiency.
  • Lead code reviews, enforce coding standards, and mentor junior engineers.
  • Take end-to-end ownership of features from concept to deployment.
