Job Title: Machinery Operations Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

As a Machinery Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for the daily operation and maintenance of manufacturing equipment. Your primary duties will include:

  1. Ensuring that all machinery is operated in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOPs) to maintain product quality and safety.
  2. Setting up, calibrating, and adjusting machines to optimize production efficiency and output.
  3. Conducting regular equipment checks to prevent downtime and ensure smooth operations.
  4. Maintaining accurate records of machine operating data, production outputs, and downtime logs.
  5. Coordinating with the engineering team to support preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
Requirements:
  • 2-4 years of experience in machinery operations within Nutraceuticals, Food Manufacturing, or Pharmaceuticals.
  • Hands-on experience with blending, granulation, encapsulation, filling, or packaging machines is required.
  • Exposure to food technology processes such as mixing, drying, and stability testing is required.
Essential Skills:
  • Strong understanding of machine operation, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting.
  • Knowledge of food safety, quality control, and hygienic practices.
  • Familiarity with GMP, GHP, HACCP, and regulatory guidelines.
  • Ability to conduct and document in-process checks accurately.
