As a Trade Compliance Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the seamless execution of import and export operations within our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and oversee day-to-day activities related to import/export regulations, specifically concerning Special Economic Zone (SEZ), Manufacturing and Other Operations in Warehouse Regulations (MOOWR), and Export Oriented Unit (EOU) schemes.
  • Ensure full compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards by implementing robust risk management strategies.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including Customs authorities, Development Commissioners, and other regulatory bodies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process optimization and duty savings within the compliance framework of SEZ/MOOWR schemes.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as International Trade, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in trade compliance, preferably within the Special Economic Zone (SEZ) or Manufacturing and Other Operations in Warehouse Regulations (MOOWR) environment.
  • Proven track record of ensuring regulatory compliance and managing customs documentation.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing regulations and procedures.
