About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Specialist to join our AWS India team. As a Business Development Specialist, you will be responsible for leading GTM to orchestrate sales motions for sales, marketing, partner, product, training, and professional services teams to accelerate adoption of your aligned technology domain. You will leverage your deep domain expertise to create best in class field enablement and sales strategy. Additionally, you will support field teams in solution building for high priority customers, bring market signals back to product teams to drive innovation on AWS product roadmaps, and own reporting and planning cadences to AWS executives on GTM plan execution.

What You Will Do

  • Lead GTM to orchestrate sales motions for sales, marketing, partner, product, training, and professional services teams to accelerate adoption of your aligned technology domain.
  • Leverage your deep domain expertise to create best in class field enablement and sales strategy.
  • Support field teams in solution building for high priority customers.
  • Bring market signals back to product teams to drive innovation on AWS product roadmaps.
  • Own reporting and planning cadences to AWS executives on GTM plan execution.
  • Demonstrate thought leadership and be able to credibly represent AWS at industry events, conferences, symposiums, etc.

What You Will Need

  • 5+ years of developing, negotiating and executing business agreements experience.
  • 5+ years of professional or military experience.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level.
  • Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules.
  • Experience interpreting data and making business recommendations.
  • Experience influencing internal and external stakeholders.
