Job Title: Educational Mentor

About the Role:
  • Collaborate with the Admissions Team to drive conversion rates and meet enrollment targets.
  • Provide guidance to new families on our curriculum framework, highlighting its unique features and benefits.
  • Offer insight into our board structure and integrated curriculum, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
  • Support the identification of students with special needs and advise parents on the additional support services we provide.
  • Liaise with prospective families to arrange campus tours, providing a comprehensive overview of our teaching initiatives.
  • Advise parents individually or in groups on academic eligibility requirements, board selection, policies, and procedures.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our programs and requirements, ensuring a seamless experience for applicants.
  • Assist families with admission registration, evaluating student admissibility and guiding them through the process.
  • Address existing families' queries promptly, ensuring timely resolution of their issues.
